Bill’s success in real estate has very deep roots… You might say his connection has been life long. At a very early age he developed his mechanical interests building model airplanes and cars. .As a teenager he build a log cabin using nothing but old hand tools. Then in his twenties he fulfilled a childhood dream by designing and building a model of a rustic chalet with a loft. With the help of a remarkable retired farmer and handyman they finished the energy-efficient chalet several years later including out buildings and stone walls.

Now you will realize how valuable Bill’s assistance can be after decades of experience working with soil scientists, surveyors, landscape contractors, inspectors, builders… and simply taking care of his clients. Add to this his years of marketing experience and an ability to understand and communicate the important issues and concerns people have with the prospect of buying and selling homes.
